All students are expected to uphold the prestige and values of Ryan World Public School. Every child should take pride in being part of our school family and contribute positively to its culture.
Arrive neat, well-groomed and in full school uniform with polished shoes.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Bring all necessary books, notebooks and stationery every day.
Keep your classroom clean and use dustbins for waste.
Study with focus and sincerity during school hours.
Label all personal belongings with your name, class and section.
Take care of school property; damage must be compensated by the student responsible.
Avoid bringing valuable items, electronic gadgets, or jewelry to school.
Attendance in all examinations is mandatory.
Speak only in English within the school premises.
Chewing gum and other prohibited items are strictly banned.
Maintain respectful language and behavior toward everyone.
Do not accept gifts or rides from strangers.
The school uniform must be worn on all working days and school functions.
Mobile phones are not allowed. Strict action will be taken if found in possession.
Discipline, honesty and respect are key — misconduct or defiance may lead to suspension or dismissal.
Always bring your school diary and maintain it properly.
Avoid bringing unauthorized books, comics, or magazines without permission.
Selling or exchanging items like stickers, chewing gum, or fancy gadgets is prohibited.
Maintain good manners and kindness — cruelty or bullying is not tolerated.
Respect teachers, staff and fellow students at all times.
Behave courteously inside and outside the school premises — remember, you represent Ryan World Public School everywhere.
Entry to the school premises is allowed only with proper school identification.
Guidelines for Parents
The school’s success depends on a strong partnership between parents and teachers. Together, we can help students grow into responsible and disciplined individuals.
Ensure your child brings all required books and materials daily.
Regularly check the school diary for teacher remarks and sign it promptly.
Encourage your child to speak in English and maintain proper manners.
Ensure the child wears a neat uniform and polished shoes.
Submit leave applications well in advance when needed.
Cultivate responsibility and good habits at home.
Contact teachers or the principal directly if you notice any concern with your child.
Attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to stay informed about progress.
Avoid visiting classrooms during school hours; use the reception for communication.

Certificates or documents require 48-hour advance notice for processing.
Avoid giving money to school staff without a proper receipt.
Private tuitions by school teachers are discouraged.
Students suffering from infectious diseases should stay home until recovery.
Submit a medical certificate for long absences.
Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during teaching hours.
The school will not be responsible for unmarked or lost belongings.
Avoid criticizing school staff or policies in front of children; it affects their respect for teachers.
The school reserves the right to expel students for poor discipline or conduct.
Inform the school immediately if there is a change in address or contact number.
Do not stop or overtake school buses for pickup; it risks student safety.
In emergencies, the school may act in the best interest of the child’s health and safety.
Enrollment implies acceptance of all school rules and policies by both parents and students.
