A Simple and Transparent Admission Process
At Ryan World Public School, we follow a step-by-step admission process designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and convenience for every parent and student. From registration to final enrollment, our dedicated admission team assists you at every stage — ensuring that joining our vibrant learning community is a smooth and transparent experience.

Registration
Parents can collect and submit the Registration Form at the school’s main office. Please ensure that the form is complete, legible and accompanied by a recent passport-size photograph of the student. Incomplete or unclear forms will not be processed.
Registration does not guarantee admission, but it is the first step toward securing a seat.
Documents required:
- One recent photograph of the student (for registration)
- Two additional photographs (to be submitted during final admission) of the student (for registration)
- Passport-size photos of both parents (Father & Mother)

Admission Criteria
Eligibility is based on age as of April 1st of the academic year:
- UKG: 4½ to 5½ years
- Class 1: 5½ to 6½ years
Admission is granted according to school guidelines, seat availability, and assessment of eligibility. The Principal reserves the right to accept or refuse admission as per the school’s policy.
Lists of selected students will be displayed on the school notice board on the specified dates.

Payment of Fees
Selected candidates must pay the admission and tuition fees by the deadlines indicated in the results list.
Fees are payable by the 10th of every month; a late fine of ₹10 per day will be charged thereafter. Non-payment within the stipulated time may lead to cancellation of admission, and re-admission will require principal approval with applicable fines.
All fees are to be deposited only at the school accounts office.

Required Documents
The following documents must be submitted during admission:
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (original to be shown for verification)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) for admission to Class II and above
- Affidavit (if the child’s name is missing from Birth Certificate)
- Copy of last annual exam mark sheet
- Certificates for Games, Co-scholastic, or Outstanding Achievements (if applicable)
Students must report to school in full uniform with all prescribed books and stationery.

Transport and Bus Rules
Once a bus route is allotted, no changes will be entertained during the session without prior approval.
Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child is safely escorted to and from the designated bus stop. The school transport facility is provided at the risk and responsibility of parents.
Students must report to school in full uniform with all prescribed books and stationery.

Refund Policy
Please note that all fees once paid are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

Right of Alteration or Modification
The school reserves the right to revise, modify, or introduce new terms, conditions, or fee structures whenever necessary in the best interest of the institution.
